Professional Background
Her responsibilities over the past 20 years include corporate and regulatory reporting, tax compliance, general accounting, month-end close processes, and account reconciliations for bank, bank holding company, brokerage, leasing and insurance subsidiaries. She also has had IT/MIS responsibility for system maintenance, enhancements to corporate general ledgers and documenting accounting procedures.
She has proven strengths in project management, accounting and finance, process improvement and re-engineering, design and implementation of financial systems and data warehouses, alliance and operations management, training and staff development, enhancing internal controls and communication. Kathy has been recognized for her leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Kathy holds an MBA, and a B.S. in Finance, Minor in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, Beta Gamma Sigma, both degress from Arizona State University.
She is a certified project manager - PMP (Project Management Professional).

track record of identifying opportunities for increasing
value, mitigating risk, and providing improved customer
satisfaction and competitive differentiation through the
strategic use of technology.
John’s client and experience history includes
management leadership positions with EDS, MCI Systemhouse,
Immedient, and most recently PLX Systems. He has managed
full lifecycle development and implementation of enterprise
solutions for clients including Northrop Grumman, Boeing,
County of Los Angeles, and Los Angeles Department of Water
and Power, as well as a number of Fortune 500 clients,
including Universal Music Group, Sony, Mattel, Cadence
Design Systems, Pacific Life and Amgen.
John was the Chief Technology Officer for SusanLoveMD.com.
He directed the development, implementation and management
of the website/online community and the associated teams,
applications, services and business systems infrastructure
for the Internet healthcare company from it’s
inception through it’s acquisition by DuPont in 2002.
John received his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and
his BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from
Texas A&M University.
